Are ORKYD samples and loops royalty free?
If you purchase one of our sample packs, you receive a license to you use our samples 100% royalty free (including all major label releases.) If we suspect our samples have been obtained in an illegal or illegitimate way, we will issue an inquiry with producer(s) to provide proof of purchase. If unable to provide proof of purchase, necessary action will taken on a case to case basis. All questions can be sent to info@orkyd.com.

 

How will I receive my purchased products?
All products are delivered via digital download that is sent to email address provided at checkout. If the product is not received, please check spam folders or email associated with PayPal purchase. Any issues regarding delivery of your digital download please contact our support at info@orkyd.com

 

What is ORKYD's refund policy?
We are unable to offer refunds at this time under any circumstances due to the nature of digital products. Once a digital product has been sent it can not be revoked.
